* test: check that the view room action is not dispatch when editing

* refactor: use `ExtraApis#getVisibleRoomBySpaceKey` instead of  `ExtraApis#setRoomIdsForSpace`

* test: update tests to use `getVisibleRoomBySpaceKey`
